The 6 PAT Training program is a one of kind fitness and test training program. The program is well suited if you are a beginner, or new to police fitness training. You will develop your skills, your fitness, and your confidence for any physical abilities test (PARE, POPAT, SOPAT, or COPAT).

Training sessions are on Saturdays from 11am-12pm.
